A multi-hyphenate chameleon and seasoned improviser, she delights in taking on a wide range of characters, genres, and hair colors — from icy femme fatales to scream queens to sarcastic comediennes.
A highlight of her recent film work includes the fiery role of Mitra in renowned indie director Rob Nilsson’s newest series of films, The Nomad Trilogy. The three films— Arid Cut, Centre Divide, and Faultline—all premiered at the Mill Valley Film Festival, in 2019, 2021, and 2022. Upcoming film credits include the starring role of Nancy in director Daniel Kremer’s San Francisco love letter, Countercurrents.
Recent theatrical highlights include the immersive theatrical experience The Speakeasy: Age Of Scofflaws, where she has played both the 1920s showgirl Vivian, and the volatile chanteuse Velma Louise Cole. Additional credits include SF Playhouse’s production of Stephen Sondheim’s dazzling musical Follies.
With a penchant for eras gone by, she specializes in stylized dancing and singing across genres ranging from jazz, classical musical theatre, and country. She has worked as a character actor for promotional events and served as a host for trade shows and corporate functions, preparing her to host an event on the fly with poise and wit. She holds a BA in Art History/Visual Arts from SFSU.
